Please note that our soft pretzels are shipped frozen and intended to thaw in transit. So don't be concerned when your pretzels arrive thawed. They are sent with priority shipping and are intended to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but they will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.
